Rusko provided care for my Mum in the last days of her life - Every carer who came to visit her treated both her and us with the utmost kindness and respect at such a difficult time. The standard of care was excellent and completed in a compassionate, calm and reassuring way. These lovely carers made the worst of times just a little better for us and we could not be more grateful.

My mum, Mary was receiving palliative care from your carers. She was attended by several of your colleagues, who were all wonderful, but in the main, Constance and Lue cared for her 4 times a day, on a daily basis. I cannot praise Constance and Lue enough. They were so kind and gentle, considerate and caring, and treated my mum with such compassion.

Despite the sad circumstances, we all looked forward to their visits. My mum enjoyed their company, they made her smile when she was feeling down. She always looked so comfortable and relaxed after she had seen them. They acknowledged her need for independence, whilst thoughtfully considering her capabilities.

My family are very appreciative of everything Constance and Lue did for my mum, indeed for us all. They helped us through a very sad and distressing time. They are exceptional people, ambassadors for carers and an asset to the company, and I would recommend your services without hesitation. Please pass on our thanks and best wishes to Constance and Lue, I know my mum would want them to know how much their kindness meant to her. Thank you.

Thank you for all your support at a difficult time - Really grateful to have such nice people coming through the door and helping us at a horrible time.

We have been receiving care from Maria's team for nearly six months .
My husband has a long term chronic neuro condition and the team visit us twice daily. Without exception the team are kind , considerate and well trained. We are informed on a daily basis who will be visiting us and we get updates on their estimated time of arrival. My husband looks forward to the team visiting and i hear the banter between him and his carer and it warms my heart when i hear them laughing.
They care not only for my husband but are interested in how i am coping too. If you are considering care for a loved one i would recommend Rusko without hesitation

A very capable and sympathetic care team. Maria and her team helped my lovely father at the end of his life. He was able to die at home, surrounded by his family because of the brilliant help from Maria and her team. Capable, conscientious, prompt and attentive, Maria and her team were upbeat, positive, efficient and discreet. My mother was so relieved to have them help her in the last few weeks, and my personal experiences of their care was really quite moving. We thought we had done well with carers, as Mike reached the end of the journey with Parkinson’s, but Ruskocare was the icing on the cake. They really are a very special family. The Palliative care they gave gave Mike and the TLC to me made the last 10 days of his life extra special. They even sang as they worked and from Mathilda it was often with a ‘click’. Mike had always loved music and this was extra special. You were so caring, skilled and happy in their work. We cant’t thank you enough. X

Rusko Care provided the highest quality of care for my Mother until she died. The carers were like part of the family in a very short space of time. They went beyond the call of duty on a daily basis and Mum's needs were at the forefront of all they did. Keith and Maria were always on hand to give advice if needed and visited regularly to monitor care and check that we were happy. Our views were listened to and actioned. We shall never forget the care shown to Mum right to the day she died, and then they cared for us!

We would just like to say a HUGE thank you to the care team at Rusko. We can’t recommend them enough, their care was way more than we ever expected. They were not only so caring and kind for our dad they supported us as a family. They truly cared and went above and beyond whatever we expected.
